Denise Austin is one of the most trusted individuals when it comes to fitness and health. She had a bunch of fitness shows during the 80s and 90, and up until today, her name still remains relevant in the industry. Austin has always emphasized maintaining natural health, claiming that she only exercises for about 30 minutes a day and never goes on a diet.
